All Farm to Table Members agree to the following policies:

Placing a Hold on Your CSA Delivery

If you are going on vacation or want to skip a week’s worth of deliveries at any time, you can but your box on hold and click on the delivery date you wish to cancel.

ALL HOLDS MUST BE PLACED 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THEIR DELIVERY DATE (ie. If you would like to place a hold for February 16, you must do so by February 9).

You are able to donate your CSA box to our Free Box Program at any time; you can select donation as an option when placing your box on hold.

In the event of any emergency less than 7 days prior to delivery, please email customerservice@urbantilth.org.

Deadlines for Order Changes
All changes to your order (greens selection, add ons, etc) must be made 7 DAYS PRIOR TO DELIVERY DATE. After this, your order will be frozen and no other changes can be made.

Cancellations
You may cancel your membership at any time; if you cancel after your order deadline, please email customerservice@urbantilth.org if you do not wish to receive your final delivery. Any credits will stay in your account ready to be used at any future date, or can be donated to another member.

Urban Tilth Statement of Privacy

URBAN TILTH is committed to protecting your privacy. This Statement of Privacy applies to the URBAN TILTH CSAWARE website and governs data collection and usage at all URBAN TILTH CSAWARE sites and services; it does not apply to our other online or offline sites, products or services. URBAN TILTH CSAWARE may also use personal information to inform you of other products or services available from URBAN TILTH CSAWARE and its affiliates. URBAN TILTH CSAWARE may also contact you via surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current services or of potential new services that may be offered.

URBAN TILTH CSAWARE does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties. URBAN TILTH CSAWARE may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. You may also stop the delivery of future promotional e-mail from URBAN TILTH CSAWARE by responding directly to any email you receive with a request to remove you from the mailing list.

URBAN TILTH CSAWARE is committed to protecting the security of your personal information.
